D. Fincher Makes Animation Directorial Debut 

Netflix's "Love, Death & Robots" Season 3 Trailer & New Scenes

Season 3 (9 episodes) of the Netflix animated short series "Love, Death & Robots," executive produced by David Fincher and Tim Miller, will be released on May 20. A trailer and scene photos were recently released. This season features the series' creator, Fincher, making his debut as an animation director with "The Worst Voyage.  This popular series brings together talented directors from around the world to work on each episode, and crosses all genres, including science fiction, fantasy, adventure, horror, and comedy.

The series has been a hit as a "new animated series for adults" with its original ideas and unconstrained expression, and has won a total of 11 Emmy Awards. Animation in 2019 and 2021.  Fincher's "The Worst Voyage" pits the crew of a sailing ship against a mysterious giant crustacean-like creature that attacks the ship. Along with the appearance of these eerie creatures, the film depicts mutiny, betrayal, and more, and the expectations are high for this episode from the brilliant director.  

The trailer shows nine new episodes one after another. The trailer shows a dark world that combines horror and beauty, with mysterious giant creatures hunting down the crew in the raging sea, countless strange creatures crammed together in underwater-like locations, and a mysterious woman in a glittering costume. The show also features a variety of other genres, including an epic science fiction-like journey to another planet, battles with rats and bear robots, and a sequel to "Robot Trio," which depicted a post-extinction world with black humor in Season 1. The show will also feature a sequel to "Robot Trio," the black humor of the first season's post-extinction world.
