It will be a compilation of character songs from the "Free! There will be a total of eight CDs from Vol. 1 to Vol. 8, featuring 11 characters including Haruka, Makoto Tachibana, Rin Matsuoka, Ikuya Kirishima, Asahi Shiina, Nagisa Hazuki, Rei Ryugasaki, Natsuya Kirishima, Hisashi Serizawa, Kaede Kaneshiro, and Hiyori Tono. Each single will include two songs, one written for each character and one sung by all the members in common. The jackets will be illustrated by Kyoto Animation. In addition, in addition to store specials using the illustrations, there will also be special offers for purchasers of all volumes of Vols. 1 through 8. Music distribution is scheduled to begin on August 31 for all of Vols. 1-8. The second part of "Free! the Final Stroke the Movie," which is the final chapter of Haruka's story, will be released on April 22.
