New “Kishibe Rohan ha Mucho Hashidan” to be published in Urjan in front and behind the scenes, and “JoJo” 35th anniversary projects continue to be planned.

A new 35th anniversary project for Hirohiko Araki's "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" has been announced: the May issue of Ultra Jump, on sale April 19, and the June issue of the same magazine, on sale May 19 (Shueisha), will feature a new installment of "Kishibe Rohan ha Moteki wa Moteki" in both the front and back issues.  New original artwork to be exhibited at "Hirohiko Araki Original Art Exhibition JOJO: Ripples of Adventure" at 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa.

As previously reported, "JOJO magazine 2022 SPRING" will be published today, March 19, as part of the 35th anniversary project of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure". The magazine will feature a new cover illustration by Araki, and will include a new read-aloud, "Kishibe Rohan wa Mukonenai Episode #10: Hot Summer Martha". The magazine also features two new spin-off novels by Otsuichi and Junjo Shindo, and an interview with Issei Takahashi, who plays Rohan in the "Kishibe Rohan wa Motto ga Sesshoku" drama series. Two stickers will be included as an appendix.  The April issue of Ultra Jump, also on sale today, includes a set of bookmarks and a clear underlay featuring illustrations from "JOJO magazine 2022 SPRING" and a design of Jotaro and Xurin's daughter from Part 6 "Stone Ocean".

In addition, the "Hirohiko Araki Original Art Exhibition JOJO: Ripples of Adventure," which will be held at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, Ishikawa, from April 30 to May 28, will feature additional original artwork from the newly completed "JoJorion" in addition to what was on display during 2020. Tickets are now on sale at Lawson Ticket.
