The original novel "The Legend of the Galactic Heroes" by Yoshiki Tanaka is a science fiction space opera depicting the struggle between the Galactic Empire led by war genius Reinhard von Lohengram and the Free Planet Alliance to which the wise general Jan Wenli belongs. The second season, "Hoshiran" (episodes 13-24), was produced in 2006. The third season, "Clash," will be screened in three chapters starting this March, and the force season, "Scheme," will screen the first chapter on September 30, the second chapter on October 28, and the third chapter on November 25 for three weeks each (excluding some theaters). In the super special video, various keywords and dialogues depicted in the force season "Plot" such as "Kidnapping the Young Emperor," "The Galactic Empire's Legitimate Government," "Julian's Departure," and "Operation 'Götterdämmerung'" are introduced. The battle between the Imperial Army and the Alliance over the military stronghold of Fortress Iserlohn has ended, but the story is about to begin again as the third force, the Feathern Autonomous Domain, is also involved. The third season, "Clash," will be screened on May 20 with a supplementary audio commentary. Using the free smartphone application "HELLO! MOVIE," the commentary can be enjoyed while viewing the film at each screening theater. The commentary will feature Kenichi Suzumura (Jan Wen Li), Tokuai Kawashima (Alex Caserne), and Aya Endo (Frederica Greenhill) in the first part (episode 33); Kawashima, Hiroki Yasumoto (Carl Gustav Kemp), and Yusho Kamimura (Neidhart Muller) in the second part (episode 34); and Toshi Tada (35, 36) in the third part (episodes 37, 38).
