Piano concerts of the "Violet Evergarden" anime series produced by Kyoto Animation will be held at Kawaguchiko Round Hall in Yamanashi on July 16 and 17. In addition, distribution of "Violet Evergarden the Movie" began on Netflix on April 13. The piano concert will be based on the album "Though Seasons Change ~Violet Evergarden Piano Memories~", a piano arrangement of music from the "Violet Evergarden" series. Two concerts will be held each day, with the daytime concert featuring Koichi Sato, who played piano for the "Violet Evergarden the Movie" play, and the evening concert featuring Sessho Morioka, who played piano for the "Violet Evergarden Orchestra Concert 2021". Tickets are ¥8,800 (tax included/https://heart-company.co.jp/ongakunessofes2022/). This performance will be held as one of the programs in the "Ongaku Netsu Sou Fest. The "Violet Evergarden" series, adapted from the novels by Kana Akira, tells the story of Violet Evergarden, a girl without feelings, who comes to know love while working as an "auto-note puppet" that spins words by scooping up the thoughts of others. In "Violet Evergarden the Movie," which recently began streaming on Netflix, Violet believes that Gilbert, "the person dearest to her above all else," is alive somewhere, and she lives with her feelings for him. A boy named Ulysse asks him to write on his behalf. (C) Kana Akemi, Kyoto Animation/Violet Evergarden Production Committee
